We aim to send out orders swiftly, typically within 1 to 3 business days, to leave the atelier.

- Standard shipping for Portugal: 3 business days
- Standard shipping for Europe: 5 business days

However, please understand that during periods of high demand and holidays, there might be occasions when we require a bit more time to ensure the quality of your order.

Shipping Address & Responsibility

Ensure accurate entry of your shipping address and contact number during checkout. Changes cannot be made once the order is received and sent out. If the order is returned due to incorrect information, you are responsible for the standard postage fee for resending. Upon shipment, items become the buyer's possession and responsibility. Store credits or replacements won't be issued for unsuccessful deliveries due to customer-entered incorrect details.
